APRIL 9 – JUNE 25, 2026 · ONLINE
for somatic practitioners working in 1:1 settings
WITH STRUCTURAL CLARITY...
YOU CAN NAVIGATE SESSIONS
WITH PRECISION
This April, we’re opening a new online training focused on 1:1 work with adults.
Many practitioners in our community have asked for a space to explore the Soma Compass more deeply in relation to their professional practice. Navigating with the Soma Compass offers exactly that: a structured container for refining how we read sessions and move with greater clarity when complexity unfolds.
Some of you have been walking with Alé for many years — through trainings, study groups, or collaborative explorations.
This program brings us together again in a small cohort to sharpen perception, refine intervention choices, and deepen our capacity to orient ourselves within the unfolding dynamics of a session.
You will explore:
How to recognize state shifts and quadrant dynamics in real time
How to map complex sessions using the Soma Compass
How to design strategic interventions without overworking regulation
How to track vulnerability and strength simultaneously
How to refine your professional perception through case mapping and reflective practice
The program combines core teaching sessions, practice labs, and an individual calibration session with Alé, creating space for conceptual understanding, experiential learning, and direct application in your professional work.
Join a field of embodied exchange and shared curiosity
What we cultivate as practitioners is not only knowledge, but the ability to perceive what is unfolding in the moment.
Perception develops in dialogue — through observation, experimentation, and shared reflection with others who care deeply about their work.
This program offers a space for that process: a small cohort of practitioners coming together to explore, question, and sharpen their craft in a field of embodied exchange and shared curiosity.
Why This Matters Now
Many practitioners today are working in increasingly complex environments.
• Clients arrive with layered histories
• Sessions are often shorter
• Expectations for change are higher
In this context, what matters most is not adding more techniques, but refining our ability to perceive what is actually happening in the room.
• Perception grows through practice
• Through reflection with peers
• Through guidance that sharpens how we see
This program creates a structured space for that refinement — where practitioners come together to observe, question, and deepen their ability to navigate sessions with clarity.
This workshop is for you if you are...
