Cancellation & Transfers

Where permitted, registrations may be transferred to another participant with prior approval from Ale Duarte Trainings.

Access to Digital Materials
Many of our programs include immediate access to digital course materials and recordings.
Access begins upon purchase and remains available according to the conditions of the specific program or subscription purchased.
Recordings of live sessions are made available at the discretion of Ale Duarte Trainings and may be added after the live event.
Community Participation
For some programs, participants may be required to attend a minimum number of live sessions as outlined in the program description.
We encourage active participation and respectful engagement within our enriching learning community.

Recordings
Live trainings and events may be recorded.
All recordings remain the property of Ale Duarte Trainings and may be used for educational, promotional, or training purposes.
Class Attendance and Participation
When you decide to participate in one of our live trainings or classes, you commit to be present in 75% of all live classes, and participate in the group practices, an integral part of the learning journey. We have learned from experience that live participation brings the most positive development for your professional practice. If you need to miss a session, please give prior notice of your absences so we can organize the group practice accordingly.
Please note, that our live trainings are designed in an interactive way, with peer exchange and practice at their core. We kindly ask you to only sign up for participation if you can attend most classes live, as this will ensure the best learning experience for everybody in the cohort.Â
In case you want to participate in a training, but reside in a time zone that doesn't match up with the class schedule (or have other obstacles that keep you from taking part in the live classes) please reach out to us at office@aleduarte.com to discuss options.Â
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ale Duarte Trainings and its affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in our programs, use of our website, or application of our educational materials.
