Use of Services and Responsibility:

Cancellation Policy:

11. Cancellation policies apply to trainings, classes, and memberships. Refund eligibility applies as outlined below, unless specific terms are provided during booking.
    

For Individual Sessions:

Cancellations made within 24 hours of a scheduled coaching session may not be eligible for a refundd

For Trainings and Memberships:**

- Cancellations are eligible for a full refund up to 14 days before the start of the training.
Should you purchase the training within less than 14 days of the training start, you waive your right to a full refund and the below mentioned rates apply:

- Cancellation between 13 - 1 days before the training start: 50% refund

- Once the training has started and you gain access to the training material and live calls, there are no refunds available unless extraordinary circumstances apply (death, grave sickness, accidents or natural disaster).

 - For memberships, cancellation can be done at any time in your account, effective with the next payment period.

    - For a canceled class, full refunds will be given within a month of the date change, with no fees. Payments may be transferred to another class upon request.

    - For a date change, a full refund, with no fees, may be requested within 2 weeks of the announcement of the date change. After that, the usual cancellation policy applies.

Class Attendance and Participation:

12. Commit to being present in 75% of live classes. Notify us of absences for proper group organization. Live participation enhances the learning experience.

Acceptance of Terms and Contact Information:

Intellectual Property and License:

14. All content is Ale Duarte Trainings' property. You are granted a limited license for personal, non-commercial use. Sharing materials with third parties is prohibited.

Limitation of Liability:

15. Ale Duarte Trainings and its affiliates are not liable for direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from service use.

Governing Law and Changes to Terms:

16. These terms are governed by Portuguese laws. We reserve the right to update terms, and your continued use implies acceptance.

Recording of Trainings:

17. The right to all recorded material lies with Ale Duarte Trainings, represented by A.Duarte LDA, and may be used in training or commercial material connected to Ale Duarte Trainings.

Subscriptions:

17. You have acquired the right to use and access the licensed materials for the subscription(s) you have enrolled in, for the duration specified in the subscription package. The subscription commences immediately upon purchase and remains active for the specified duration, unless you notify A.Duarte LDA of your desired start date before utilizing any part of the licensed materials.

    Subscriptions cannot be temporarily suspended or reactivated later. It is essential to utilize the subscribed material within the subscription period, and no free extensions are offered for any unused period.

    Upon subscription, you will gain access to recorded materials and live classes according to your subscription plan.
    Recordings for live classes will be available based on a schedule determined by A.Duarte LDA at its sole discretion.
    Minor modifications to the live class schedule may occur for convenience.

    
    This agreement and your license to use the licensed materials may terminate at the sole discretion of A.Duarte LDA if you fail to comply with any term or condition outlined in this agreement.
