Service Agreement for Stories in Transformation (SiT)

Services: This agreement covers the "Stories in Transformation" (SiT) coaching offer, consisting of a minimum of three one-on-one sessions, with options for additional sessions.

Terms and Conditions:

  1. Use of Services and Responsibility:

    • Your use of Ale Duarte Trainings' services, represented by A.Duarte LDA, is at your own risk.
    • We do not guarantee specific outcomes or evaluate testimonials scientifically.
    • Statements on our platforms are opinions, not promises.
    • We do not provide professional legal, medical, or psychological advice.

  2. Medical Disclaimer:

    • Ale Duarte Trainings is not a medical or psychological practice, and Alé Duarte is not a licensed medical professional.

  3. Release and Indemnification:

    • You release and waive claims against Ale Duarte Trainings, represented by A.Duarte LDA, indemnifying us from any liabilities related to our services.

  4. Privacy:

    • Please review our Privacy Policy for details on how we handle your data.

  5. Service Structure:

    • First session: 90 minutes
    • Second and third sessions: 60-75 minutes each
    • Additional sessions: 60-75 minutes each

  6. Payment Terms:

    • Price: 570 euros for three sessions (inclusive of 23% VAT).
    • Additional Sessions: 190 euros each (inclusive of 23% VAT).
    • Payment Options: Can be paid in two installments. Payment through card or PayPal. Other payment methods available upon request.

  7. Booking Process:

    • Sessions must be booked through the Calendly app.
    • Availability is on a first-come, first-served basis.

  8. Cancellation Policy:

    • Cancellations or changes must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled session. Rebooking will depend on availability.
    • If you decide after the first session that it's not the right fit for you, the first session will be charged at 250 euros, and the remaining sessions will be refunded.

  9. Redemption Period:

    • All three sessions must be redeemed within a 3-month period from the date of purchase.

    • These terms are governed by Portuguese laws. Any disputes arising from this agreement shall be resolved under Portuguese jurisdiction.

Client Agreement: By purchasing the SiT package, you agree to redeem all three sessions within a 3-month period from the date of purchase.

I've been on a listening journey for quite a while. To better attune with this moment, I developed a unique approach called "Stories in Transformation." As a therapist, educator, and lifelong learner, I combine innovative tools with deep empathy and intuitive guidance to create a space where your stories and intentions can be heard and reborn, allowing us to explore depths often missed in conventional settings.

Whether you're navigating life transitions, seeking creative inspiration, or simply curious about your own narrative, I offer a safe, non-judgmental space tailored to your unique needs. Together, we'll uncover hidden insights, bridge disconnected thoughts and events, and empower you to write the next chapter of your life with clarity and purpose. Your story matters, and I'm here to help you tell it in ways you've never imagined.

Stories of Transformation are designed to create a unique space where these common challenges become opportunities for discovering what might be something trying to process or express. This approach creates a space where stories and intentions can be suspended, as if floating before us, allowing us to explore depths and nuances often missed in conventional therapeutic or coaching settings.

 

During the three sessions, we will work on the fluidity of your experiences, touch into hidden resources, and create bridges to link disconnected parts and experiences of your stories. We will also look for the flow of your thoughts, expressions, and experiences.

 

As your guide and collaborator in this journey, I will observe:

  • Your intuitive movements
  • Logical processes
  • Somatic cues
  • Default argumentations
  • Symbolic meanings

 

Most importantly, this is a collaborative process; the pace is relatively slow, and the exchange can be playful yet profound.

 

Stories of Transformation are both healing and revealing. They invite you to explore the unspoken, give form to the formless, and transform your narrative into a powerful tool for personal growth.

 

What to Expect:

  • Safe Space: I'll provide a comfortable, confidential environment for exploration.
  • Symbolic Tools: We'll tap into your innate storytelling ability using symbolic tools.
  • Flexible Process: There's no pressure to create a "perfect" story. We value spontaneity and authenticity. Don't worry. I'm used to working with short or enigmatic stories. Every story reveals how you navigate your experience.
  • Holistic Analysis: I'll explore not just content but gestures, symbols, and energetic dynamics.
  • Gradual Insights: As we progress, you may notice new patterns.
  • Gentle Guidance: I'll support you while allowing your own insights to emerge.
  • Felt-sense Tracking: During the session, there will be various moments to notice and help the body build resilience, create new patterns, and integrate embodied aspects.

After each session, you'll have a map of your story, understanding connections, blockages, resources, and directions. My role is to offer the space, help you explore possibilities, understand the moment, and most importantly, connect with your felt experience and symbolic world.

  • Additional Sessions: 190 euros each (subject to availability).
  • Booking Process:

  • Session times:
    I'm currently available for sessions Tue, Wed and Thu
  • Availability: Limited slots available.
  • Refund Policy: If you decide after the first session that it's not the right fit for you, the first session will be charged at 200 EUR, and the remaining sessions will be refunded.
  • Redemption Period: All 3 sessions must be redeemed within a 3-month period from the date of purchase.
